BRIGHT LIGHTS BIG LIP GLOSS
We almost called this story "party in your pocket"...
The line between good taste and bad taste tends to be rather fine.
A lip gloss with a light, so you can apply it in the dark? Amazing.
A lip gloss with a disco light, so you can flash it in a club? Ridiculous.
ModelCo may be one of our favorite down-under beauty brands, but we’re scratching our heads over their latest invention, Disco Lights. Like its name suggests, it's a pink shimmer lip gloss packaged in a tube adorned with bright-colored lights. They promise that the lights will outlast even the gloss (52 hours of flashing colors!), but is that really something to boast about?
Or is this just a genius stocking stuffer in disguise—one that gives both lip gloss and a good laugh? Either way, we’re officially blinded by the lights…

The lip gloss lights are cool...for a rave only. Other than that, it's tacky.

the color of the actual gloss looks nice, but if something's going to attract attention to me i'd rather it be my lips, not my rave-ing gloss tube.

just the fact that someone thought of this is a little absurd, but at the same time is it? besides highschool aged girls and some effeminate boys who wears lip gloss anymore, for that matter, glittery lip gloss? No one better than those club hoppers, and possibly a few drag queens, but if you think about it, it's an incredibly marketable idea, i know a few friends that would love that stuff.

I HAVE THIS STUFF. NOT ONLY IS THE LIGHT COOL BUT IT TASTES NICE AND THERE IS A LITTLE MIRROR ON THE OUTSIDE SO YOU CAN SEE WHAT YOUR DOING. ITS SOOOO AWESOME.

This is a pretty nifty idea. I mean sure it will be obnoxious when you put it on during those peaceful movie outings, but hey. It's lipgloss and it lights up. Pretty cool to me.

this isn't an original thing, taxi cosmetics, a london company released a light up lipgloss ages ago. and i'm not sure about this one, like does the light just go on and on cus that would annoy me. i know for sure the taxi one only lights up when opened. and the taxi one has more shades. also it's only about £10 which is about $14, way cheaper.

I think this is awesome. Obviously you wouldn't pull it out anywhere and seriously use it as a disco light. It's just extremely fun and original and hilarious.

i was finishing my christmas shopping today, and looking at makeup in zellers(soo much cheaper than shoppers) i saw these. 11 bucks!!i bought one for my best friend and convinced my sister to buy me one for christmas. i dont know what the gloss quality is like yet, but it lights up, awesome.

Rimmel made a lip gloss that just has a white light on it, so you can put on lip gloss in the dark. Its pretty cool
