TAMING OF THE SHOE

Tory Burch gives Leigh Lezark the boot.

Jane Birkin has an Hermès bag.  Jean Shrimpton has a Ben Sherman jean.  Now modern muse Leigh Lezark has a piece of clothing, too - the Leigh bootie, courtesy of Tory Burch.

Inspired by the MisShapes DJ, model, and all-around paragon of cool, the shoe is faux-crocodile leather, and slings somewhere between deep brown and black (the same color as Leigh's shiny hair).  It zips up the back, and has a 4.5'' heel for maximum impact when kicking butt - or wearing a tiny miniskirt.

Sadly, the shoe doesn't come with a mix CD or an entourage of boho-punk friends, but maybe if you wear it, you'll be inspired to boldface your own name.  Or at the very least, pile on the eyeliner in hopes of picking up Leigh's It Girl essence.
