Every morning, I do three things: get dressed, brush my teeth, and read my horoscope. It’s a habit that goes as far back as middle school, when I owned a page-a-day Gemini calendar and memorized my rising moon sign. And while there may be plenty of astrology haters out there, Zune isn’t one of them.
The digital media player might not tell you whether you should ask that boy out or go for that job, but it will serve as a cool looking reminder of just what’s in the stars. The Zodiac Series, designed by Colombian artist Catalina Estrada, features 12 Western astrological sign-inspired prints etched onto the backs of Zune players.
The designs, like Estrada’s works of art, are symmetrical in pattern and vibrant in color, but reflect the type of personality you’d expect each sign to have; Leo features bright orange spikes, while Pisces has jumping fish.
All Zune needs to do is figure out a way to have songs play according to what lies ahead in my future and I could cut reading my horoscope out of my daily routine.
