ERASER HEAD

ERASER HEAD

A new mascara that's like Photoshop for your eyes.

There are some mistakes—like chopping off all your hair, quitting your plum job, or invading Iraq—that you can’t fix right away.

But now smudging your mascara is no longer on that list, thanks to Avon’s new Mistake Proof Mascara.

The dual-sided stick has a volumizing wand on one side and a built-in gel eraser on the other. Just swipe any jet black smudges with the applicator and your raccoon eyes will turn to Betty Boop eyes.

Which means that for the eternally clumsy, the slow-to-wake-up, and the always-in-a-rush, you no longer have to cut out mascara application from your daily beauty routine.

Now Avon just needs to figure out a way to make an eye poke-free wand, and we can finally take mascara off the weapons of mass destruction list.

I...don't get it. It's definitely not a miracle. And it probably takes more time to erase marks then to just get good at putting your make up on.

Not impressed. I know very few women that have that much trouble putting on mascara. I would focus more on the mascara itself, not the nifty little eraser, that probably doesn't work.

I'd be more impressed if they created a mascara that kept women from caking on the stuff. I think being able to see clumps of mascara on a person's lashes is more of a tragedy than a little smudge that prob. blends right in with your linner.

You guys are crazy! This is right up my alley. I'm kind of an eyelash freak; they have to be absolutely perfect. I've actually scotch-taped my eyelids to prevent this from happening before. Sounds good to me!

theres a mascara by mirennesse that just comes straight off with a q tip once its dry, also it comes off your eyelashes in tubes, i havent had panda eyes since i bought it and my eyelashes have gotten so much longer cuz i havent been having to rub them to get my mascara off which can cause snapping! now thats what i call amazing :)

it's called a qtip and makeup remover.

Just last week my sister picked up an eye-liner pencil and looked at the smudger end and asked if it was an eraser. Then Avon comes out with a mascara that erases your mistakes. Ironic.

I'm willing to try it out and see if it works well, since I find that a plain old q-tip doesn't do much besides spreading the black smudge.

My eyes NEVER smudge, even when i wear regular mascara and go swimming. the only time my eyes look weird is when i wear black eyeliner and take a hot shower at the end of the day... and i NEVER poke myself in the eye. contacts have trained me.

Of course a dry q-tip won't help, you've gotta get it wet in your mouth first. Saliva is the best make up eraser.

the idea is neat, but i personally dont like avon make up :(
