HAIR TODAY, GONE TOMORROW
Salon Selectives is no more. Let the mourning (and product hoarding) begin.
Forget Herbal Essences and Pantene Pro-V; when it came to at-home hair care as a kid, nothing made my hair as soft (not to mention sweetly apple scented) as Salon Selectives.
And although I may have moved on to other brands, I couldn’t help but feel a twinge of sadness when I heard today that the company is no more. Or, as the email so bluntly put it: “Effective immediately, the entire Salon Selectives line has been discontinued.”
Bummer. Good thing you can still stock up on their Moisture Rich Shampoo, Curl Hydration Conditioner, and Root Lifting Spray online. That is, if the NYLON office doesn’t buy the entire lot. Better hurry…
