MY EYESHADOW TOOK TWO SECONDS

MY EYESHADOW TOOK TWO SECONDS

Banish makeup terror forever: there's no way you can mess this up!

I've never been one to color inside the lines, but every once in a while, following directions comes in handy.

Like today, when I spotted Cargo's new eyeshadow palette, with follow-the-leader words burned right into the makeup.  The darkest shade says OUTER CORNER, the lightest shade says BROW, and on and on, until you put your perfect eye look together in less than a minute.

It's not for when you're feeling creative, and that's cool - there's nothing wrong with busting out a neon pink face crayon when you've got the time.

But if you've got five minutes before your bus leaves, and you refuse to show your face without some makeup maintenance, this is a really good idea.

eyeshadow isnt rocket science. i think its a waste of money if you already have the eyeshadow present. plus.... what happens when the shadow gets worn down and you cant read it anymore. i find it am ok idea, but it needs to be perfected.

Great invention but it's been done before- I believe Wet 'n Wild has a very similar system at a much lower cost.

The model looks awesome in dandelion yellow while the product featured is beige? It's a cute gimmick that I have seen before in lower cost products but the add doesn't make me excited to go on and look for the product.

great idea! but isnt the point of makeup the fact that it's really a do-it-yourself art? this takes away that creative magic

Ehh, been done a million times. Plus, in a color palette where the only difference is that some are darker than others, it's beyond simple to figure out what goes where. What they should do is take some crazy colors that girls would love to wear but are afraid because they don't know how. Label those; i'll buy.

this is genius. except when you've used it so much that the words wear away. maybe by then, you'll have the hang of the routine and what goes where...maybe

It's a cute idea, but Maybelline has already done it for a lot cheaper. I enjoy the ones I own, and as for being worried about what to do when it wears down, by the time you wear it down enough that you can't read it anymore, usually you have what goes where memorized.
