Three international makeup wizards will get you pretty, for cheap.
Sometimes we have this dream that we're playing Supermarket Sweep in the beauty section of a department store.
It's amazing-- until we go to checkout with our armfuls of products, and suddenly it's a nightmare because, well, we have to pay for rent, and food, and more than just really pretty blush.
Thankfully, Target's realizing that designer clothes aren't the only things that can be tweaked a little bit, and sold for a lot cheaper:
The megachain's first designer makeup collaboration hits stores this August, listing London makeup artist Jemma Kidd, Australian cosmetics guru Napoleon Perdis, and Pixi by Petra on the roster.
Jemma's line offers lip gloss and eyeliner in some pretty amazing colors (bronze, mint green, ice blue), and Pixi's eyeshadow palettes feature the full rainbow for what you'd normally pay for a single shade.
NP's blushes and bronzers come in more classic tones, so you can get makeup for night out as well as for work, making Target even more appealing for one-stop shopping that we previously thought possible.
Just don't be lazy about getting there:
While you don't have to worry about a button falling off or a seam coming loose with this designer collaboration, you do have to worry about it flying off the shelves just as fast as the clothes did.
