M.A.C pays homage to pop artists with its latest crazy color palette.
Last weekend at the Portland, Maine airport, my makeup case got raided.
It needed to be in plastic baggies, they said, separate ones, they said, and I was breaking all sorts of rules.
It took 20 minutes to get through security. Everyone stared at me, or rather, at my hot pink underwear extracted from my backpack by the uniformed smirkers. I was really annoyed.
If only I'd thought to get the M.A.C Colour Form palette and all would have been avoided. The new compacts are inspired by pop-art palettes and have five different colors in one tiny, easy, airport friendly box.
The compact's exclusive to Nordstrom - you can buy it online here - and costs $38, a small price to pay for looking really pretty... and also for preserving your airport dignity.

the same thing happened to me last year ago on my way to Indiana for Christmas. I put my tampons in a bag and the guy opened them!
god,it was embarrassing.

When i was back in highschool, i was one of the girls that had a billion make-up in a little purse. I know, quite impossible, but it's possible. My friends will all gather and raid my tiny purse. Most likely, i can't put everything back in the small bag, so i carry at least 4 disks of make up to my darn locker while everyone's staring at me.
