STYLE WARS
Amsterdam and New York designers do battle.
From Viktor & Rolf’s theatrical silhouettes and runway shows to G-Star’s structured cuts to Hester Vlamings’ minimalist bespoke heels, Dutch designers do everything artistically. So it’s fitting that when five more make their New York debut this weekend, the event will not only feature a fashion show, but an art exhibition, performance photography, and DJ sets too.
Part of New York Design Week, Amsterdam’s Streetlab is pitting their design stars (fashion designers Elisa Marchesini, So Sally, and Antoine Peters, photographer Dennis Duijnhouwer, and graphic designer Lennard Schuurmans) against ours (Savannah Wyatt, BODKIN, WOWCH, Tim Zaragoza, AXVI, JR, Lucian Smith, and Aaron Bobrow). Not even the DJs, Amsterdam’s Mr. Wix versus New York’s Roxy Cottontail—will sit on the sidelines.

You left 2 people out that are from Amsterdam...One of the best ones actually..that's myself SONIA BATOVRINA,not only am I in it I helped organize the whole event.... And the Other designer GYASUDA..is one of the most upcoming......!!
