Ditch your weekend party plans for the coolest auction in town.
We can't think of an auction without imagining Scrooge McDuck in a Ducktails episode, but this weekend, we're going to try.
That's when Phillips de Pury has their monthly art auction called Saturday@Phillips, which mixes vintage clothing with downtown art pieces and collections by emerging designers (this week, it's including Electric Feathers, a Manhattan label).
The auctions are tomorrow at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. but you might want to show up early - ever since Karin Nelson name-checked the auction in the New York Times last weekend, the "OMG are you going?" text messages have been flying fast.
So much for NYLON's cool little secret...
