Supreme reigns on the street because the brand keeps things fresh, tapping artists like Jeff Koons and Richard Prince to put their stamps on limited-edition skate decks. The latest collaboration, however, comes right out of left field. Marilyn Minter went from being a Southern belle to a ’70s club urchin to a prolific photographer, whose work graced billboards in Chelsea and the Whitney Biennial’s catalog cover in 2006. Now, three Supreme boards featuring the 60-year-old Ms. Minter’s provocative, photorealist images will be released on April 10th. Just don’t hesitate to stand on them—In true Minter fashion, they’re meant to get dirty.
