if your going for this look, you must coordinate outfits due to clashing and mix match coloring. i feel like everyone shown does that but does it the wrong way. you have to clash but make sure the result comes together and looks like a solid, fused outfit rather than a bunch of things that contrast each other to much.

Yvette from TX is an absolute fail. The "scene" is dead, and there are those you can still do it better. Her outfit is generic Hot Topic, not cutting edge fashion. The others', I actually do like them, and applaud their creativity. I award the article on a whole with a five.

I have to agree, I wasn't too keen on the 'scene' look but looking at some of these they really remind me of what I see a lot in London as I live across the pond... but for me it's not something really new. I applaud for the effort and that they are confident to be bold and wear what they want but at the same time some of them are very similar...but that's what it's like nowadays - a lot of people wear similar stuff all put together with the same idea in their mind. I'm not a big fan of how people spend ages to get a so called 'effortless' look like when it comes to hair. But totally my opinion, hands down these people put more effort then me and I'm not a hater.

I'm a bit disapointed actually. I'm sorry, but most of these looks aren't very fashionable at all. I feel my eyeballs being raped. >.< The only ones who are cool are those Brooklyn kids, kudos to them. :P

I've got to say those girls misrepresented TX baaaad. Im from San Antonio and Yvettes style is NOT a representation of this town so please no one think that! Her style is HORRID! gotta say my fav was Monica from Tijuana she was the most original and fresh faced. Everyone else looked too generic and a failed attempt at stealing someone elses style. Cmon NY I thought you would do better than that. More ppl should have submitted , maybe i should have too :]
