I am so upset! I am a HUGE Nina Dobrev fan and was dying to enter this contest. I think that it is outrageous to have to be 21 years of age when a lot of the show's fans are under that age. I am 16, almost 17, and I love nylon, but to have to be a certain age to enter a contest to meet my idol sucks.
