AH! Okay I'm obsessed with Chanel. Loved the fall/winter fw last year. This one... I hate it. I love it. Some looks, I'm like AH! I WANT! Like the first dress on the 5th row. And some I'm like AH! Okay! I get it. It's... a full body fur costume. adsjfk. Which is okay, but It's def. a confused love relationship with Mr. Karl this time.

I like the light blue and white sweaters, the last fur coat it looks vanilla color ...pretty hot for being so cold... The set of the show looks amazing check out the trailer on chanel.com

How much animal can you use in one outfit, Chanel? Leather and Fur? It's like breeding a cow and a mink together, no one wants that-- YUCK. Loved the african tribal- like dresses though-- tres cute.

I love Chanel but I really don't like all the fur. I am totally against the killing of animals to make coats these people really don't need. I mean if you need the fur to survive ok, but just to wear, NO!
But I like the makeup and the hair is cool, and that final dress is pretty cool, I must admit.
I still adore Chanel but fur isn't right.

I also wanted to be sure that all the people here know that most of these "furs" look like types of wool, so there isnt any cruelty involved. Be sure to research your fashion before you put it down with a biased opinion

I loved it,

till i realized their legs were the size of my arms..
then after that all i could see was bones, i didn't notice the clothes anymore.

i usually love chanel but the fur... gosh, the third one on the first row look like chubaka. actually maybe its the combination of the fur and the hairstyle that makes it look like that. I did enjoy some pieces in the last five rows.

This collection is all faux fur, so there is no cruelty involved. I'm very against the use of real fur and I commend Lagerfeld for not using it. Overall, I love the looks with a few exceptions. My favorites are the white pieces and the tribal dresses.

love chanel, glad the fur's not real, but I still don't really like how it looks. I really like all the looks starting on the fifth row though, the white fur looks more elegant than the brown to me
and, the first dress on the second-to-last row is gorgeous <3

I like the general style of the clothing but as said by other commentary, too much fur. Nobody in their right mind would leave their house wearing that much of it, unless the lived in the northern tundra. I really hope this is not what will be in look books this Fall.

Chanel Fall 2010 looks horrendous. Save for one or two dresses and one whimsical and finely tailored suit. All together the collection looks ridiculous and unimaginative, that being the absolute worst combination in fashion. Like a deciduous tree the House of Chanel should Fall into a raw umber slumber, but never wake again.

very whimsical and "alice in wonderland inspired", the fur is a bit much tho, a little here in there is understandable, the tweed is nice tho - not everyday wear at all, but can be incorporated well if you're careful

Perfection. I fell in love with the collection the first time i saw the show, but because of my strong views agaisnt fur i was compelled to ignore the pure genius of Karl Lagerfeld. When i heard that it was an entirely faux-fur show my faith in humanity was restored. I love you Chanel.

I would just like to say that I would wear every single piece in this fall collection. Whoever says theres too much fur, you're nuts. There is no such thing. Only Chanel could make me wonna wear lace, fur, and pearls all at the same time. Karl Lagerfeld, you've done it again, my friend. You've stopped my beating heart.
