Though I do like Rachel Bilson, I am a but disappointed to see her on the cover. Last month she was the Seventeen magazine cover girl. I was hoping to see someone new this month.

I didnt really know much about Rachel BIlson i just thought she was like any other teen soap opera star but she actually seems like a really cool person

I LOVE Rachel Bilson! She is one of my favorite people in the industry because she seems so down to earth, has good fashion sense, and has an awesome personality that she shows off. She is definitely someone I look up to. When I first found out that she was going to be on the next issue of NYLON, I was so excited to get it.

Rachel is the cover girl for many magazines this month and past month because of the film Jumper. Its part of promotion. And i think it's great because she is one of my favourite actresses and I haven't seen her on too many covers. P.S I think the outtakes are lovely.

I'm sorry, but I don't remember the last time NYLON had an actress of color on the cover of the magazine. No America Ferrera? No Zoe Kravitz or even Jurnee Smollett from "The Great Debaters"? I love this magazine, but you need to step your diversity game up.

I'm a new reader and I've really enjoy this magazine's unique perspective on fashion, music and culture thus far, but Nylon seems to only represent a very narrow definition of "cool". The music is nearly always in the same genre, the women featured all look the same (waif-like with artfully mused hair), and the global scenes featured seem to only go as far as Europe. What about beautiful, interesting fashion designers, models, artist, musicians, etc, from other ethnicities? What about the fashion, music and culture scene in South America, Africa, and Asia? Your readers are definitely open minded women, I think we deserve a more open minded take on "the cool" that makes Nylon so great to begin with.

agreed courtney. same thing i said above. what's really cool about rachel? yeah she dresses nice but her roles aren't anything to fawn over and she's gotten so scarily skinny over the past years (just look at the first episodes of "the o.c." to see what i'm talking about). i'm sure she's nice but not interesting enough to put on the cover of a magazine in my opinion.
