Thanks to Eve Kitten, Jessica Rabbit is officially a has-been.
Despite those lewd (and secret) insinuations in The Little Mermaid and The Lion King, sex and cartoons have never really gone together.
Of course, that can all change with a dedicated artist and a cult following, like the kind bestowed on Eve Kitten, the world's first burlesque cartoon.
Created by artists Nancy Basich, Eve is a crime-fighting bombshell who also wears lingerie, and really nothing else.
She's already inspired some M.A.C lip glosses and a very twisted Barbie doll, but tonight in New York City, she'll get a proper gallery show, thanks to the National Arts Club (15 Gramercy Park South, NYC).

I dont find these drawings whore-ish or lame at all like some people do. You cant judge things by there appearance that quickly. With art you have to take some time at just look at it, look deep down and think about what ever the artist is trying to or is expressing through out their artwork. It may be in clear sight like these are but there is always something more to it.
Kudos to this artist- it is amazingly beautiful:)

It doesn't seem very interesting. It just seems like another cartoon made for boymen that can't get real girls. It seems like a tasteful "Stripperella". The name is pretty damn generic too.

The artwork is amateurish at best. The concept is old-hat and has been done a thousand time better elsewhere. The character name is mediocre. Myspace has a lot to answer for overall.
